Yoga Schools
Yoga schools and colleges offer educational programs, individual classes, and workshops that range from beginner to advanced studies. To become familiar with yoga, yoga courses teach a sequence of classes based on ancient teachings that date back six to seven thousand years. Yoga training introduces students to specific exercises known as "asanas." Additionally, schools for yoga teach students how to synchronize breathing and posture to enhance creative flow and meditation practices. Offering consistent programs, yoga education not only delivers quality training, but offers in-depth studies.
