Because many students are often unable to afford full tuition, Westwood College is dedicated to helping students meet their educational costs by offering financial aid programs such as employer reimbursement; grants; loans and scholarships. As an added bonus, alumnae may gain assistance from one of many Career Development Specialists to help locate desirable employment; or may return to Westwood for tuition-free retraining to update skills (books, lab and/or tool fees may apply). Students who select to attend Westwood College can earn their associate degree in less than two years and their bachelor's degree in about 3 years; all the while receiving critical hands-on training to acquire necessary skills to compete in today's job market.
In addition, Westwood College campuses are accredited by several organizations, including the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT); the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS); and are licensed and approved to operate in California; Colorado; Georgia; Illinois; Texas and Virginia by appropriate state regulatory agencies.
